- Female international students enrolled in the Japanese Language Education course of the Undergraduate Faculties/ Graduate Schools/ Intensive Japanese Language Program of Takushoku University (those enrolled as of April 1, 2018, or expected to enroll)
- Those seeking for an opportunity of international exchange through learning different cultures, and also capable of cooperating and living together with other fellow students
- Those who are eager to learn and study
- Those who are able to observe rules and regulations
